The New old Mountain Folk Reunion played the Farmers Market in Maryville June 9th. Lots of nice folks, fine vegetables and good looking children were in attendance! We so enjoyed picking for everyone!

THEY ARE BACK AND NEW sort of!

THE new OLD mountain FOLK reunion kicked off their massive SPRING tour in Maryville, TN June 8th! All big shows as in horse rinks, hay barns, mud wrestling pits, stadiums (Elementary School) and open land dump sites are already SOLD OUT! We know..BUMMER! But the management team is all out on bail now and we are sure they will work in even more venues before the tour ends so stay tuned! Meet the new and improved MOUNTAIN FOLK REUNION!

ONE of the many things Andy Morton brings to the group is his famious family! No kidding, his immediate family were involved with the naming of that wonderful old tune Amazing Grace..check it out!

here is yet ANOTHER song from their very FIRST show. Toes were tapping at such speed the floor shook and it took over half an hour after the tune ended to sweep up all the toe NAILS! It was one fine FIRST show...more tunes: OH and because there is always at least ONE request for Rocky Top..the NEW old MFR Band slips past that sticky wicket by just "talking" some VOL football! Again..stay tuned for SHOW DATES and don't FAIL to come see the MFR band when they are playing near you!!

WE ARE BACK! again!

The (kinda) new Mountain Folk Reunion, Good Dang Time, Foot Stomping, Babe Magnet, Elderly, Heck raising, Band..got together for the first time (again) and did this over worked good old tune Saturday April 28th. The event was the annual Alcoa Kiwanis Club breakfast at Alcoa High School and we were tickled to be ask back again this year. Lots of fun... East Tennessee Star Kathy Hill dropped by and did a beautiful rendition of The Tennessee Waltz...backed up by a fine band that was almost as old as the MFR band! Thanks for having us!!!! THANKS to all who came out on Saturday...we will be doing a private party on the 8th and then we kick off our CITY WIDE WORLD TOUR OF 2012! IF you would like to book us you will not believe how little we charge for so much fun! No really, we just need enough to fill the SUVs with gas and we are THERE. Call us 970 2373 and will will make the magic happen! Yep, we do barter but no livestock please...the gate to the lower 40 is broken and just about every critter we put in there runs off!

at United Methodist of Maryille, TN.





4 other groups played and we hope
we raised a nice pile of cash
to fight cancer!

Winter...and just like old bears the MFR tends to find a cave or four

Riverside was really beautiful
Saturday night and although
it was very COLD outside
the MFR had a heck of a warm
reception!

Kelley really got folks in the
