THIS SATURDAY OCT 2

We be pickUN at the ROW.

EIGHT PM THIS SATURDAY
(we will be there an hour early
in one of the smaller practice rooms and you are
SO invited to drop in before the show and say HOWDY)

Music Row in Murvel is a place we have used for
years to try out our new stuff. Normally we get there an hour early
go into a room and pick then do 20 minutes on the stage.

THIS SATURDAY we will be
on the stage for a full hour!

IF you have never expereinced Music Row you so need
to drop in. It is a great family place and the thing that makes it
special is bands and individuals are playing all over the building.
You can stand in the hall and hear them, in the big open room
at the front door and in one of the many smaller rooms.

We will be there an hour before we pick so be sure
to find us, just open the door and come on in..we would LOVE
to see you kids!

Shannondale

(To See ALL of EACH video please double CLICK for the full screen)

The first time the band played a show for the great folks at Shannondale our
famous banjo/12 string guitar/ high tenor ... Bobby Wilson couldn't make it.

Last night (Sept. 14th) we played it again and again...Bobby had to work. We are getting an invite back because we swore on two stacks of AARP Magazines that first there really is a BOBBY and second if we were invited back he would be there!

Without Banjo Bobby.. Kelley and I ran through the dark with scissors, making up things as we went along and when the hour was finished we managed to fake our way through the wonderful event.

We lucked out in one aspect because we had invited a great local singer to join us for a couple of songs and she actually said yes! Cathy Crawford and Walker are involved in a play that will be in the Clayton Arts Center the last week of October. She will be singing some Patsy Cline tunes to warm up the audience and last night she performed two of them. Her video on the blog is a must visit for two reasons.
First...she has a great voice
Second . Her small grandson joined her on stage ( I was told later by those who have children they do things like that) and it is fun
to see how much this T tiny little boy put the fear of God into Walker!
